Looking for root causes — not quick fixes

Nutritional therapy can be helpful when symptoms feel connected — for example digestion, energy, sleep, hormones, mood, or weight regulation. We take a structured, whole-person view to look for patterns and contributing factors, then agree practical next steps you can test and refine over time.

This diagram is a simple way to illustrate a “root causes and outcomes” approach — it isn’t a diagnosis.

Nutritional therapy often takes a holistic, functional medicine-informed view across systems (including stress, sleep, lifestyle and environment). Dietitians are HCPC-regulated clinicians and may focus more on clinical nutrition for diagnosed conditions and guideline-led care. If you’re unsure, we’ll guide you on the assessment call.

Your initial session is £200, and you can continue with flexible time bundles (2-4 hours) depending on the level of ongoing support you want. Full fees are listed in the Fees & Options section.

Not always. Testing can sometimes add clarity, but it’s optional. If a test could be helpful, we’ll explain why, what it costs, what it would change, and the timeline — and you decide.

No. Food and habits come first. If supplements are recommended, we’ll explain why and discuss costs before you purchase anything.

Yes, we offer both in-person appointments in central London and online sessions across the UK (many clients choose a hybrid).

It depends on complexity and your goals. Some people want a focused plan and one review; others benefit from a short series of sessions to test, refine and build sustainable routines. We’ll recommend a sensible starting point after the assessment call.

Timelines vary. Some people notice shifts within weeks; others take longer. We focus on steady progress and sustainable habits rather than quick fixes.
